After you have paid your deposit you will receive an email to set up your payment plan agreement to pay your instalments. Click on the Setup agreement link and enter your card details. No money will be taken from your card until the date your first instalment is due.

Once your payment plan agreement has been set up you will receive two emails, one with your username for your WorldPay Shopper account, and another with your password. Please do not delete these emails!

I have lost my WorldPay Shopper login details

Go to https://secure.worldpay.com/fp/jsp/common/login_shopper.jsp and click on the Forgotten your password link. You will then be asked to enter your Agreement ID which is included in any instalment payment confirmation emails from WorldPay you have received, and you will need to enter your email address. You will receive two emails, one with your username for your WorldPay Shopper account, and another with your password.

I need to change my payment card details

Go to https://secure.worldpay.com/fp/jsp/common/login_shopper.jsp and log in with your WorldPay Shopper username and password. Click on the link to change your payment details.

I have missed payments

WorldPay will try to take your instalment payment for 3 consecutive days before pausing your payment plan and alerting you by email that you need to update your payment details. You can log in to your WorldPay Shopper account and instruct them to take a payment which will then be processed within 24 hours. If you have missed more than one instalment payment WorldPay will take the first payment within 24 hours and then they will take any more outstanding instalment payments on consecutive days following the first payment until your account is up to date.
